Allergy control products are necessary for anyone who suffers from chronic or acute sinusitis as a new study shows that the two are intimately linked.

During the year, especially during the winter months, allergens such as mold spore and dust mites can mount up in the house. It can create allergy problems. In the past these problems were often seen as either allergies or sinusitis, and only one would be treated at a time. But recently a study shows that allergens actually worsen sinusitis. Not over time either, but the effects can be seen immediately.

Allergy Control Products and Other Ways to Achieve Good Indoor Air Quality

Using certain allergy control products, such as an asthma air purifier, can be a good way to control air quality, but it’s important to know how different types of ventilation can be both beneficial and detrimental to keeping allergens under control. The three main ways to attempt to control air quality are natural (or open) ventilation, heating/air condition ventilation and HEPA air purifiers.

During the holidays, it’s important take a few steps to avoid allergies and having new, good allergy control products can help substantially.

The holidays might be beautiful, but they can wreak havoc on the allergy-prone. Between the trees, wreaths and everyone gathering indoors, the mold, pollen and other allergens can build up to an alarming degree. Even some of the most thoughtful presents offered can sneakily carry allergens into the house.
