This membrane free fabric is a patented, tightly woven microfiber piece of material. There is no urethane or "membrane" on the back of the fabric which gives it that cool, smooth, breathable feeling you get with your best sheets!
• With a mean flow pore size diameter of 2.8 microns, this fabric is one of the most effective barriers against pet dander, dust mites, bed bugs and other harmful allergens.
• A much tighter weave and higher thread count offers the best in durability from laundering.
• 3.3 oz per square yard with 275 threads stitched per square inch.
• Air permeability reading of 5 which indicates a wonderfully cool fabric.
• All our covers are sewn with 12 stitches per inch for ultimate strength in the seams to prevent tearing.
• We only use heavy gauge, rust proof nylon zippers.
