• Copy of receipt for refund or store credit.
• Item must be in new, resalable condition and include all original packaging materials including all manuals, registration cards and all accessories/attachments in new condition
• Royal pedic mattresses and box springs: 14 night trial period. If returned, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs
• All opened bedding products such as mattress pads, pillows, dust mite encasements and comforters - non-refundable or exchangeable. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it can’t be returned.
• All respiratory treatment products from Pari are not returnable
• Replacement filters are not returnable (AllerAir, Austin Air, Blue Air, IqAir and NQ and all vacuum cleaner replacement filters).
• Ogallala wool products are a custom order and may take up to 10 days to ship. All other Ogallala products usually ship within 3 business days.

Shipping: Customer must pay for return shipping & handling but DO NOT HAVE TO PAY BACK OUR OUTBOUND SHIPPING OR PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING. They will get a credit to the original credit card used.

Cancellations: Must notify us immediately. If item has shipped, customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges including any promotional outbound shipping & handling and return shipping & handling.

Refused orders: Must pay outbound shipping & handling charges as well as return shipping.

Pay No Sales Tax – except orders shipped to an Illinois address pay Illinois Sales Tax at a rate of 8%.
